The world’s most important decisions need reliable AI systems

01 · Build

From what a drone sees to a model that understands the field

Images, sensors and harvest records, cleaned and labelled, to train a model that tells plots, crop condition and risks apart. With your data, on your server.

AI for agriculture

02 · Apply

Reach quality produce through our network of local suppliers

Plan your batches and the time per portion, and build dynamic menus around your seasonal produce. Every proposal shows what it is based on, and the decision is still yours.

AI for restaurants

03 · Evaluate

Nothing decides on its own: it is measured, and a person signs off

Before it is used, the system is tested on cases that already have an answer and has to clear a threshold. When it is unsure, it says so and hands over to a person. That is how you work where a mistake matters.

AI for healthcare

AI systems that actually work.

Most AI projects in companies and public administration fail. We find the right use case, build the system and stand behind the result.

AI agent

An agent that answers when you can't

It answers calls or WhatsApp, books against your real availability and, if it doesn't understand the customer, hands over to a person or takes a note and lets you know.

What it does: Answers calls, Replies on WhatsApp, Catalan and Spanish, Books in your calendar, Never makes up slots, Hands over to a person, Records and transcribes, Cites the source

What the people building AI say

  • «If you're a small business — you own a coffee shop […] — you don't have the resources to hire a big AI team, and so now our dream is that they won't have to.»

    Clara Shih

Head of Business AI at Meta

    Interview on CNBC, 2025
  • «The system has a self-monitoring capability, which allows it to recognize the tasks it cannot complete autonomously (e.g., scheduling an unusually complex appointment). In these cases, it signals to a human operator, who can complete the task.»

    Yaniv Leviathan y Yossi Matias

Principal Engineer and VP of Engineering at Google

Google Research blog on Duplex, 2018
  • «I think for many of our mundane tasks, we will be empowered by tools that can either do them for us or help us do them more quickly.»

    Arthur Mensch

Co-founder and CEO of Mistral AI

    Interview with McKinsey, 2024
  • «…in the future, every business is going to have an AI agent that lives in the different messaging platforms that their customers can do customer support and sales through.»

    Mark Zuckerberg

    Founder and CEO of Meta

    Conversation at Stripe Sessions, 2025
  • «…the challenges with it are similar challenges we see with the base large language models: it may make up facts.»

    Mira Murati

    CTO of OpenAI

    Interview in TIME, 2023
  • «Success in the LLM space isn't about building the most sophisticated system. It's about building the right system for your needs.»

    Erik Schluntz y Barry Zhang

    Engineers at Anthropic

“Building effective agents”, Anthropic blog, 2024
  • «Using AI responsibly is our human responsibility. I'm not scared at all, AI is just a tool.»

    Cassie Kozyrkov

    Chief Decision Scientist at Google

    TNW Conference, Amsterdam, 2019
  • «We should build AI for people; not to be a person.»

    Mustafa Suleyman

    CEO of Microsoft AI

How we work

  1. You tell us what eats up your time

A thirty-minute call. If what you need isn't something we do, we tell you then and neither of us wastes any more time.

  2. Free assessment

We look at how bookings and customers reach you today and where the time goes each week, and suggest where to start.

  3. Fixed price and timeline

In writing and before starting: what gets done, what doesn't, what it costs and when it's ready. If anything changes along the way, we talk about it before doing it.

  4. You test it before it goes live

Nothing is switched on until you've seen it work with your own cases. And afterwards, 30 days of adjustments included.

Portrait of Josep Castells

Josep Castells

Founder of Togent, applied AI engineer

I build websites and automations for businesses in les Terres de l'Ebre, and if something breaks, you talk to me directly.

I've spent five years building applications end to end, lately the part that turns data into answers: calculations, reports and assistants that cite where each figure comes from.

I work from les Terres de l'Ebre, in Catalan or Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us before starting. If you can't find your answer, write to us.

  • Do I have to change my calendar or my software?

No. The automations connect to the calendar you already use, whether Google, Outlook or another, and your team keeps working the same way. If your management software can't be connected to from outside, we'll tell you in the assessment, before you count on it.

    What each service includes
  • What happens if the assistant doesn't understand the customer?

It hands the call to a person, or takes a note and lets you know. It never makes up a slot: it only offers what your calendar has free. And before it goes live you listen to three recorded test calls, to approve how it speaks on your behalf.

    How the AI agent works
  • How much does it cost and what do I pay each month?

The assessment is free. We discuss the price of each project in private: it is fixed and in writing in the proposal, half when you accept it and the other half on delivery. For the website and the automations, monthly maintenance is optional; for the agent and the custom system it is required for the first year, because it covers the phone number, the included minutes and the adjustments.

    Ask for a quote
  • Are my data and my customers' data safe?

Your data and your configuration are yours. We only process them to provide the service, as a data processor under the GDPR. If the assistant records calls, it says so at the start and the recordings are deleted after 30 days, unless we agree otherwise.

    Privacy policy
  • What if I want to stop?

For the website and the automations, whenever you want. For the agent and the custom system, maintenance is required for the first year; after that you can cancel it. You always take your data and your configuration with you.
